 looking for Infosales Executive

Job Location : Vidyavihar/ Mahim
Qualification : 12th + Diploma in Tourism / Graduate
Shifts : Day shifts (male & female), UK & US shifts (male only)
Salary: As per industry standards

JD:
1.To be responsible to take all incoming calls & Guests
2.To give precise, authentic and standard information about our product with current offers, discounts and convince guests for bookings
3.To achieve sales targets and conversion ratio
4.To generate maximum number of inquiries
5.To maintain regular follow ups, quality of calls to ensure guest satisfaction.
6.To update proper information on system, Invite/reinvite guests to office.
7.To ensure that call backs are given for allunattended calls by the end of the day.
8.To give feedbacks and suggestions for process improvements to seniors.
9.Will be responsible to train juniors and have their grades moving upwards. Also, should share weekly feedbacks with HOD for theirteam performance and conversions.
10.To have active participation in meetings and other events etc.
11.To attend all trainings mandatory.
